How long does shipping take?

Please allow for 7-14 days for delivery. We will send you an email with the shipping information once it ready to send. Currently, we are only shipping to the US.

Why does it take 2 weeks to get a robe?

We make each robe to order and start fresh from a couple of yards of waffle cotton. It takes a while to cut, sew, and dye the robes and thus we give ourselves a couple of days to complete the process. Two weeks is the maximum time necessary for production and shipping.

How should I wash my robe?

You should hand wash your robe with cold water. This is to minimize the color from fading too quickly.

How should I dry the robe?

Please make sure to not dry your robe with clothes that may contain velcro. The velcro could easily stick to the robe and cause damage.

The best way to dry your robe is to tumble dry with low heat. Alternatively, sun drying will also do the job.

Why is my robe fading?

Unfortunately, the robe's color will naturally fade over time. This will happen naturally due to sun exposure and after multiple washes. We try to use a strong pigment to dye all our products to maintain the color for as long as possible. The color choices are all made with fading in mind and the intention is for the robe to fade to a softer pastel color over time.
